Welcome Guys , how are you? , I'm amruta , so guys I come with take delicious and healthy recipe for you , This ladoo can be easily prepared even by beginners.
Ingredients :
- 2 bowls Oats
- 1 bowl jaggary
- 1 bowl chopped dates
- 1 bowl dry fruits any( Pista, Cashews, Badam, Ground nuts)
- 2 tspn ghee
Method:
- The heat pan on medium flame ,In a pan add 2 tspn ghee , after heated 2 bowl oats put into pan and it roast till brownish colour and transfer to plate
- the ground nuts and dry fruits roast same pan and transfer same plate
- To it , add cardamom powder, 1 bowl chopped dates, 1 bowl jaggery and allow it to rest.
- Later , transfer into mixie jar to make a coarse powder.
- At last ,transfer this mixture into a plate and take small dumpling and make round ladoos. you can add in this mixture roasted khaskhas ,it's make help to crunchy ladoos.
