Welcome Guys, I'm Amruta, How are you? So Guys, Let's see my easy Maharashtrian recipe, It's very easy to make and can be prepared in many ways, Its make my way, it's healthy and so yummy and do not forget like, share and comments.
Ingredients:
- Rice Flour, Besan, Jawar flour, finger millet flour(Nachani Flour) and wheat flour in equal quantity.
- Chopped onion 1/2 bowl
- Chopped green chilies 5-6 nos.
- Ginger and garlic cloves
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
- Curd (Optional)
- Salt as per taste
- Water as per required.
- Oil for cooking thalipith
- Oil
- Mustard seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Take in pot, rice flour, jawar flour, finger millet(Nachani Flour) this contents are in equal measurements as per your requirement. add rava and mix it
- Add slow water into this pot while mix flours together, it mix everything together, it in should not be any lumps.
- Add chopped onion in this batter ,batter should be neither too thick and not too thin, consistency is very little amount of thick.
- Add fresh coriander leaves, salt as per taste.
- add oil in small pot and heat on law flame, after that add into mustard seeds, cumin's seeds then this tadka put on this batter and mix again everything together well.
- To take tawa, put on gas and its heated on medium flame.
- Add oil spread on tawa, after oil heated then batter by big spoon put on heated tawa, and slowly spreaded in round shape and make able to flatten shape on tawa and cover it by plate and cook until gets golden color .
- Then flip and let it cook 3-4 mins.
