https://youtu.be/7Qxtl1kaMmM Welcome guys, I'm Amruta, how are you??, well guys, I come with my all time favorite and Maharashtrian Traditional breakfast recipe 'KANDE-POHE'. It's so easy to make and so delicious recipe guys. Do not forget like, share, comments and follow.
- Oil 3-4 tsp
- Flatten Rice( Pohe) 2 bowl
- Chopped onions 2
- Green chilies 3-4
- Chopped Potato 1
- Peanuts 1/2 cup
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 5-6
- Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Take kadhai on medium flame, add oil into kadhai
- After heated than add mustard seeds, Cumins seeds.
- When they starts crackle, add curry leaves, green chillies and onion, Chopped potato
- Sauteed them very well.
- Add into peanuts, mix it well and cook up to 3 mins, then add turmeric, sugar mix well, add Pohe and salt as per taste and Mix everything together and cover it, Cook about for 2 mints, then again mix it well.
- Fresh Coriander leaves , fresh grated coconut and sev garnishing on pohe, squeeze lemon over the pohe and serve it.
