Welcome Guys, I'm Amruta, So guys, I again Come with my easy and delicious Cutlet/Patties recipe. Crispy Beetroot Cutlet/Patties made with Beetroots, Potatoes, Spices and you can use any sprouts like Mataki, Moong,etc..., The Rava and rice flour use for coating. Its' Healthy and So yummy recipe.
Ingredients:
- Grated Beetroots 3 Nos.
- Boiled Potatoes 4 Nos.
- Boiled Sprouts Like I used Boiled Mataki (Pitcher) in this Recipe - 1 small bowl
- Chopped Onion -1
- Paste of Green Chilly-Ginger-Garlic-Cumins Seeds.
- Garam Masala -1 tbsp
- Red Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp, Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Little bit of suger
- Salt As per Taste
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Grate Beetroots and Squeeze the Juice out.
- Very less Water taken into Mataki .
- Suppose,If Take 1 Bowl mataki then Add Water 1/2 Bowl into Mataki
- Add Turmeric and pinch of Salt in Mataki and Boiled them.and Also Potatoes for Boiling take into Cooker.
- After Cook Potatoes and Mataki Cool Them. And All Water Strain Out From Mataki.
- Mash Potatoes from Masher or You can Grated
- Mataki is Slightly Grinded by Mixer , No need smooth Paste.
- In Big Mixing Boil , Add Mashed Potatoes, Add Mataki, Add Grated Beetroots
- Chopped Onions, Add paste of Green chillies-Garlic-Ginger-Cumins seeds
- Add Red Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder
- Add Garam Masala, Little bit of Suger
- Add Salt as per taste.
- Mix it all together to form ball.
- Make a small Flat Cutlets/ Patties
- Take Rava and Rice Flour mixture in another Plate For Coating and Deep Both Sides of Cutlets/Patties into this mixture.
- Shallow Fry in Refined Oil on both sides.
- Enjoy!! Healthy and Delicious Beetroot Cutlets /Patties for a snack or as a side dish
