DAHIWADA
Method:
- Soak Urad dal for 3 or 4 hrs. and grind to fine paste by adding very little water. Batter should be thick, Beat the batter very well till light and fluffy. You can add cumins,ginger chilly past in it and mix well. Put kadhai over a high flame and heat oil in it, take some little amount of water in small bowl because of the batter not sticking your fingers so your fingers dip into this small amount of water and make small balls of batter with wet fingers and drop slowly into hot oil. deep fry on medium heat for some time and then fry on law heat till golden brown.
- Take other pot into warm water add into one and half tsp asafoetida and salt and mix well .then after fry golden brown balls drops into warm water ,let them soak for 30 mints.
- Prepare sweet curd by mixing curd with sugar in bowl. and Now, gentley press the soaked wadas between your palms squeeze a little and little crush them. Place them in a plate and add sweet curd over them. add tamarind chutaney and green chutney over them . and garnish with sev ,cumins powder and coriender powder as per your wish. its so delicious... and dont forget try to this recipe. and do not forget like,share and comments
