Welcome Guys, I'm Amruta, How are you??, So guys I share my 'Indian Spicy Fish Curry', It's so awsome curry ,Typically this fish curry can prepared with many varieties of fish like Pomfret, Anchovies and Mackerel. So Let's start recipe and do not forget share, comments and subscribe.
Ingredients:
- Chopped Onion 4 nos.
- Chopped Tomato 2 nos.
- Grated coconut 1/2 shell
- Byadgi Chilies 5-6 nos.
- Chopped Ginger-Garlic 1 1/2 tsp
- White sesame 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 2tsp
- Fish Pieces for Curry 2 or 3
- Kokum 3-4
- Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnishing
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilly powder 2 tsp
- Red chutney masala 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Take Byadgi chilies soak into water for 15 mins.
- Fish Pieces fry in oil on medium flame about for 2-3 mints. then transfer to plate and cool it.
- Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato, Grated Coconut, Chopped Garlic-Ginger, Cumins seeds, Coriander seeds, White Sesame seeds and Soaked Byadgi Chillies add into mixer Jar and add Water.
- Add water and cover it. cook it till 10 mins.
- After that add Turmeric, Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder, Red chutney masala, add Kokum 3-4 pieces and Add Fried Fish Pieces and Add Water as your Requirement .
- Mix together very well and cook it very well till 15-20 mins.
- spread chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves.
- Serve Spicy ,Tangy Fish Curry with Rice, Chapati, Roti and Enjoy this Dish.
