Hi friends, I'm Amruta , this dish is absolutely delicious as well as healthy, This can also be served as a snack with Tea/ Coffee☕ Or which are served as a side dish or can be had with dipped in curry, to make that in to "Patwadi Curry".
Ingredients:
- Besan(Gram Flour) 2 1/2 cup,
- Water 3/4 th cup 🥤 ,
- Turmeric Powder 1/4th tsp,
- Green chilly-Garlic-Ginger paste 1 1/2 tsp,
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- pinch of hing,
- Salt as per taste.
- First Take Ginger-Garlic-Green chilies and make them fine paste.
- Mix besan with water into mixing Bowl to make it in smooth paste.
- Add 1/2 tsp salt in it and mix it.
- Heat oil in a pan. after oil is hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, They are start splutter then add fine paste of Ginger-Garlic-Green chilly, and hing .
- It sautéed very well
- Lower down the heat and add turmeric powder and salt as per taste, mix very well.
- Add half bowl water in it.
- Water is boiled then pour besan paste, mix very well.
- Cover and Cook on a very low flame until raw smell from besan goes away.
- Grease Plate with little oil.
- Pour cooked besan mixture spread onto the oil greased plate. You can spread besan using plain bottom of bowl.
