Welcome Guys, I'm Amruta , I come with very easy and nutritious dish " Green Moongdal Dosa". It's One of the healthy dish, which is rich in proteins, high in fibers, has low calories. So you can try to this recipe at home.
Ingredients:
- Soaked Green Moong / Green moong daal as per your requirements.
- gonger, green chillies , cumins seeds
- salt as per tast
- pinch of baking soda
- curd
- Rice flour
- Rava
- water
- as needed little suger, fresh coriander leaves
- Soak the green moong or green moong dal overnight. then next morning drain the excess of water from moong/ moong dal. grind the green moong dal/ green moong in mixer to make fine paste like we do for dosa batter, and transfer into big bowl or pot.
- add rice flour and Rava into mixture of green moong/ moong dal.
- add grinded paste of ginger, green chilies,cumins seeds and curd
- add baking soda , little bit of sugar , fresh coriander leaves
- salt as per taste, mix properly
- adjust the consistency of the batter by adding water.
- Heat the tawa, and Pour batter onto tawa and spread it in circular motion into a thin layer like a dosa.
- Cover Dosa with the lid so that it cooks properly on medium flame. add oil on either side and flip it and again add oil to the dosa .
- cook till its gets cook nicely from both sides.
- Your moong dal / green moong dosa ready to serve.
- Eat it with coconut chutney or fresh curd or tomato ketchup.
