Fry Fish Recipe

 Fish fry is easiest starter recipe, Which can be prepared without putting in much effort.

Fish fry recipe with step by step picture :

Ingredients:

For Marinate fish:

  • lemon 1/2 wedge
  • Kanda-Lasun masala /Chutney 3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Suji and Rice flour for coating

Recipe:

  • Washing the fish pieces under the running water.
  • water drain out and keep aside.

  • Marinate the fish by kanda lasun masala/Chutney, Turmeric powder, lemon squeeze and salt as per taste.

  • Set aside for 10 to 15 mins.

  • Here I have used paplet.
  • Heat a nonstick pan, Take 3-4 tsp of suji and 2 tsp rice flour and mix well


  • Roll the marinated fish in it so that it's entirely coated.


  • Add 2-3 tsp oil on the tawa and add the fish, When the tawa is hot.
  • All fish are coated and fry on tawa. oil drizzle by oil brush or spoon around side of fish.

  • Cook on a medium flame. Turn the fish once the side looks golden brown.
  • Fry both side properly.

  • You need to fry it about 15 mins.
  • Gas turn off and serve with Chapati, Rice, Fish curry, Sliced onion and lemon slice.

PITRUPAKSH THALI

 PITRU PAKSH starts from the shukla paksh of the month of Bhadrapada and last until the new moon of the month of Ashwin.

In PITRUPAKSH, Tarpan, Sharaadha and Pindan are performed in period of 16 days. During this time Hindus perform sharaadha and tarpan to the departed souls of their ancestors.

Today we are going to make PITRUPAKSH thali, We have selected some vegetables in this, You can make it by choosing which vegetables is right according to you.

Oats Upma- Healthy Breakfast

This is healthy and highly nutritious upma recipe. Oatmeal is rich source of Minerals, Vitamins and Proteins. It's making very easy. Start your breakfast with full of fiber.

 Ingredients:

  • Oats 3 small bowls
  • Rava 1 bowl
  • Chopped onions 2 nos
  • Tomato 1 no
  • Fresh grated carrot 1 no
  • Chopped Green chilies 2-3
  • Turmeric powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • water 
  • salt as per taste
  • oil

   Recipe:

  • First roast rava and oats in pot until it will get golden color then transfer another plate.

  • Take hot oil in a same pot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when they are pop up then add green chilies and chopped onion, sauteed them well and cook till onion gets a golden color
  •  Add tomato and carrot sauteed them well and cook for 2 mins then add turmeric powder and mix well.

  • Add 3 glass water, it's take to boil.

  • Add ghee 1 tsp, and salt as per taste.

  • When water is start boiling then add roasted Rava and Oats mixture.

  • Mix it well and cover by plate for 2 mins

  • Open the cover and all water is absorbed by oats and consistency will be thick.

  • cover plate and turn off gas

  • serve it with Hot tea or Coffee.


TIP:

  • Use any vegetable of your choice
  • You can add pinch of garam masala powder
  • Oats Upma taste is very good while it's hot, So best is to consume before it gets to room temperature.

Vari Rice And Shengdana Aamati - A Fasting Meal

This is Traditional Maharashtrian fasting meal. Vari Rice and Shengdana Aamati both recipes are very easy and delicious. We made this recipes are during Ashadhi Ekadashi and Fasting days. This is perfect combo meal. 


 Ingredients:

For Shengdana Aamati:

  • Roasted peanut powder 1/4th bowl
  • Grated fresh coconut 1/2 bowl
  • Green chilies 4-5 nos
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Water as per requirement
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chopped Potatoes 2 nos 
For Vari Rice:
  • Vari rice 1/2 kg
  • Cumin seeds
  • oil
  • Ghee
  • Water as per requirement
  • Salt as per taste.
Recipes:
Shengdana Aamati Recipe:
  • Take Roasted peanut powder, Grated fresh coconut, Green chilies, Cumin seeds and Water as per required and Grind they all.

  • Take heat oil in a pot, Add cumin seeds, When they are splutter then add chopped potatoes, they are sautéed well.

  • Add grinded paste.
  • Mix well together and add some water, cook 5-6 min.

  • Add water to adjust consistency.
  • Bring to boil till 10-12 mins.
  • Add salt as per taste.

  • Shengdana Aamati is ready.


Vari Rice Recipe:
  • Wash Vari Rice and drain out water from rice.
  • Take hot oil in a pot, add cumin seeds when they starts crackle then add Vari rice, sautéed them together till rice gets dried. it will takes until 5-6 mins on law flame.
  • Add boiling water in sautéed rice.
  • Add 2-3 tsp ghee and Salt as per taste  
  • Cover it till rice is cooked. You can add little water if it's too dry.
  • Vari rice is ready.

  • Enjoy Hot Vari rice with Shengdana Amati.
